Before working with any client I offer a free fitness consultation so that we can talk about your goals and begin to set targets and create your personalised programme. After this we will begin to work towards your goals through 1-on-1 training sessions. These can be weekly or as often as you like.I aim to meet with each of my clients at least once per week either individually or in my small group training sessions.
The training sessions I set for my clients are challenging, yet fun. I always aim to have my clients leave with a smile on their face and be one step closer to achieving their goals after every workout. Programmes can be tailored for as short as 1 month goals or as much as over a year depending on the clients needs.
