Jack Smith Personal Training is based out of the Withdean Sports Complex in Brighton. I offer 1-on-1 personal training as well as 2 person training sessions for a discounted price. My specialties include helping people with the following:

About the Withdean Sports Complex:

After a £3million renovation in 2013, the centre has invested a further £70,000 in brand new equipment in October 2016. The centre has all I need to train my clients including a dedicated free weights area with 2 large power racks and 4 Olympic lifting platforms, a large number of resistance machines, plenty of matted floor space and a functional training rig in its centre. It is the only gym South of the M25 to house the new TechnoGym SkillMills and also has an 800m outdoor running track and grass area so that we can take our training outside.
