Do I have to be a member of the Withdean Sports Complex to have personal training with you?

No you do not. My personal training services are available to members and non members. I will meet you in the café area of Withdean’s reception and introduce myself. Before each training session we will have a quick catch up before going up to the gym to start the fun.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes you can. As well as 1 to 1 sessions I also offer personal training sessions to 2 people at a time at a discounted price.

How long is each training session?

You have the choice of either 1 hour sessions or 30 minute sessions, we will discuss the best option for you based around your goals or time available etc.

What are the benefits of having a personal trainer?

Personalized program – Having a personal trainer means that you will have a personalized workout routine created around your goals, fitness levels, experience, time available and injuries. This way you know you are on the right track for achieving your goals.

Motivation – Having a personal trainer is sometimes the edge people need in order to stick with their fitness journey. Your trainer will continually help progress your personalized program in order to ensure you are making the progress you need to see results.
