MYTH MONDAY: DONT HAVE THE TIME TO WORKOUT

More of an excuse than a myth this one! When we say “we don’t have enough time to train”, what we really mean is “training isn’t a priority.” Have a think about what you spend your time doing: Watching TV, playing games, napping, on your phone etc.. these are all things you prioritise over working out! So instead of saying you don’t have time, say that it isn’t a priority, this will change how you think about what you spend your time doing!

On the other hand, a workout can be 20 minutes long! You don’t have to spend hours in the gym if you work hard for a short amount of time! Find a workout routine that you enjoy and fits your schedule, move it higher up your list of priorities and I’m sure we can all find the time!
