EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT!

You can eat ANYTHING you want and still lose weight! Not even joking! As long as you are aware of your caloric requirements to ensure you are dropping the pounds you can choose what foods you want to eat! For most of my clients I will give them a protein goal and calorie goal but whatever they want to eat to fill the gaps is up to them! This is the freedom that makes so called “dieting” sustainable and it works!
